Dr. Charleston Clarke is a licensed chiropractor in the state of California and proud second-generation doctor of chiropractic. He graduated as the Salutatorian of his class from Life Chiropractic College West in March 2025. Chiropractic has been a large part of his life from the very beginning. Both his late father, Dr. Tom Clarke, and his mother, Dr. Mary Jo Giagiari, dedicated their lives to this beautiful healing profession. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the profound impact they had on the lives of their patients—and that continues to inspire him every day.

His mission is to help people reconnect with the natural intelligence of their bodies through neurologically focused chiropractic care. He believes that the power that made the body heals the body—and his goal is to support each individual’s ability to adapt, recover, and thrive.

It’s an honor to carry forward his father’s legacy in the very same building where Dr. Tom practiced for decades. While the clinic has been thoughtfully renewed with a fresh new energy, the original vision remains: to serve the Truckee community with love, compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence.
